Recommended use:

Add 5 heaped tablespoons (approximately 100 g*) of Oat Milk Powder per litre of water. Stir or blend until fully dissolved. Enjoy immediately or keep refrigerated for up to 4 days. Separation is normal when you store oat milk. Simply stir or shake before you drink.

Use this product as a food supplement and consume only in conjunction with a nutritious diet. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
