Recommended use:

Add 15 g (1 slightly rounded scoop) to 350-450 ml cold water (or beverage of your choice) in a shaker or water bottle and shake well to blend. Allow 30-60 seconds for any foaming to disperse and then consume during and/or after training. An additional serving can be taken after strenuous sessions to further support and promote recovery.
