  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted plant-based butter or coconut oil, stevia, egg, and vanilla extract, until smooth.
  3. Slowly add the almond flour, salt, and baking soda to the bowl, then stir gently to combine.

TOP TIP: If the dough is too runny, simply add a little more almond flour until it reaches the desired consistency

  1. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  2. Using a tablespoon, scoop cookie mixture onto the baking sheet.
  3. Use your fingers to flatten the dough into cookie shape, and make sure there’s enough space between each cookie.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown on the edges.
