Whey Protein Blend (Ultra and Cross-Flow Micro-Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate, Isolate & Hydrolysate), Flavour, Acacia Fibre, Sodium Chloride, Lecithin, Non-Nutritive Sweetener: Sucralose.
As a high quality protein supplement, add 3 level scoops (+/- 33 g) to 250-300 ml of cold water or skim milk. Stir until dissolved. Serving size and number of daily servings can be adjusted to meet individual protein requirements. Alternatively, use as recommended by your nutritional or strength and conditioning advisor.

Is WHEY Rx diabetic friendly?
Current recommendations for sugar intake in diabetics generally advise that daily sugar intake should not exceed 10% of daily energy intake. The UK Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition further advises that the need for this percentage to ideally be further reduced to 5%, which equates to 25 g of sugars in a 2000 kCal/day diet.
With the aforementioned in mind, WHEY Rx is low in sugar, containing less than 2 g per serving and thus typically well-suited for consumption by diabetics. Diabetics are, however, always advised to factor their nutritional supplement’s carbohydrate and sugar content into their daily diet plan and continue to regularly monitor their blood glucose levels to ensure that it is maintained within the recommended range.
Is WHEY Rx suitable for vegetarians?
Since WHEY Rx contains dairy-derived proteins (cow’s milk) it is thus suitable for those vegetarians following a lacto-vegetarian diet.
How many servings of WHEY Rx can I consume per day?
Due to the natural composition of WHEY Rx's formulation and safe ingredient makeup, we believe that it is safe to consume multiple daily servings, as may be needed to achieve one’s daily protein requirements. That being said, we do not believe it to be typically necessary to consume more than 1 or 2 servings per day to derive the intended nutritional support. This product should furthermore be used as a protein supplement only in conjunction with a nutritious diet and not be relied on as a sole source of protein.
